Key Responsibilities

• Evaluation of agribusiness clusters for potential infrastructure support needs (roads, jetties, water supply, energy, etc) and starategic planning.
• Development of workplan and budget for the APPEALS Project infrastructure support to agribusiness clusters.
• Procurement and monitoring of contractors' compliance with requisite baselines.
• Coordination and management of infrastructure projects and approvals.
• Ensure the sustainability of infrastructure supports to agribusiness clusters.
